MINING

  1. Comprehensive advisory services covering the multiple aspects of mining activity (exploration and exploitation). Our advice includes supporting the Mining industry in regulatory matters, the establishment of mining concessions and easements, strategic territorial issues, water rights, desalination, aqueducts, environmental issues and community relations, energy, and compliance, among others.

  2. Representation before the various public entities with competencies in the matter, in order to obtain the necessary operational permits.

  3. Preparation of Environmental Reports in order to identify potential environmental risks in the execution of mining projects.

  4. Support in processing applications before the SEA (Environmental Assessment Service).
